By using Elegance Touch services or booking an appointment you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Bookings & appointments
Bookings are confirmations of the requested service/date/time. We will make reasonable efforts to meet your requested time but cannot guarantee availability for last-minute requests.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation policies are set per booking. Please contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel; fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Payment
Payment terms (deposits, accepted methods) will be displayed during booking or communicated by our team.
5. Liability
Our liability for any claim related to services is limited to the fee paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws where Elegance Touch operates.
